The owner of a banana plantation has a camel. He wants to transport his 3000 bananas to the market, which is located after the desert. The distance between his banana plantation and the market is about 1000 kilometer. So he decided to take his camel to carry the bananas. The camel can carry at the maximum of 1000 bananas at a time, and it eats one banana for every kilometer it travels.

Camel will first carry 1000 bananas to 200 KM. When camel will reach 200 KM he would have eaten 200 bananas so only left with 800. Camel will dumb 600 bananas there and will take 200 bananas back to starting point since he needs it to eat 1 banana after every 1 kilometer. Camel will again carry 1000 bananas from starting point and dumb again 600 bananas after walking 200 KM. Camel will go back to starting point and finally carry remaining 1000 bananas. So after 200 KM camel will eat 1000 bananas and will only have 2000 bananas left.
Now camel will carry again 1000 bananas and walk for 333 km. Camel will dumb 333 bananas and walk back to carry remaining 1000 bananas. This way now camel will have 1000 bananas left after walking 533 km (total 200 + 333).
Camel will have to cover remaining 477km, which he will cover carrying all bananas and eating one banana after every one kilometer. So after covering those 477km Camel will have 533 bananas left.
